Services & quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described. We will communicate any change before performing additional work.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be serviced and to a working water source. Weather or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling; we will keep you informed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.
Satisfaction & limitations
We stand behind our work and will return to address quality concerns reported promptly after service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions disclosed before or discovered during service.
