Services & Methods
Pressure washing uses high water pressure (often 3,000+ PSI) to physically blast away dirt — great for concrete, but damaging to roofs, siding and pavers. Soft washing uses balanced, ARMA-compliant detergent chemistry at low pressure (under 500 PSI) that's allowed to dwell, killing algae and mildew at the cellular level. Soft-wash results last 1–3 years instead of about 30 days, because the growth is killed at the root rather than just rinsed off. We use the right method for each surface.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and to a water spigot, most jobs can be completed whether you're home or not. We'll confirm details with you ahead of time and send before/after photos when the job is done.
Light rain usually isn't a problem — our soft-wash detergents do the work and a little water won't affect results. For heavy storms (common in Florida afternoons) we'll reschedule to the next available window and keep you posted. Your results are never compromised by weather.
