Just west and south, Groveland and Minneola have grown quickly with new construction, acreage, and family-friendly streets. Leesburg anchors the north end of Lake County, where I recently represented a buyer at 5413 Barnwell Ct. And into Sumter County, I serve Bushnell and Lake Panasoffkee — quieter, more rural corners where acreage and lake access are the draw.
